Order Privacy / Discretion

All orders are packaged and delivered in a plain brown delivery box with no indication of what’s inside. There are no references to Sex Daisy or anything related to us on the delivery box. We do not share unnecessary details about your order with anyone, not even the courier knows what’s inside your box. Rest easy knowing your privacy is protected and respected here at Sex Daisy. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do our best to get your items out the door as quickly as possible, even during busier periods.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Standard delivery: Typically arrives within 3-6 business days from the time of dispatch.

Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen events. You can select your preferred shipping speed during checkout. The estimated delivery time as well as delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

Items on Backorder

Please be aware that items marked as “available on backorder” need to be ordered from our suppliers and may take longer to be delivered. These items will typically take 2-4 business days to arrive at our warehouse after which they will be processed and dispatched to your door.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order from dispatch to delivery via the courier’s website.
